Mega Epic Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Epic Games, Inc. is an American video game and software developer and publisher based in Cary, North Carolina. The company was founded by Tim Sweeney as Potomac Computer Systems in 1991, originally located in his parents' house in Potomac, Maryland. Following his first commercial video game release, ZZT (1991), the company became Epic MegaGames, Inc. in early 1992 and brought on Mark Rein, who is the company's vice president to date. Moving their headquarters to Cary in 1999, the studio's name was simplified to Epic Games.

Beth shares her frustrating experience on sitejabber.com, "Worst customer service experience ever with Epic Games [Mega Epic]. They do everything through email and refuse to call a customer to help them out. But each time you reply to an email a new representative gets it... so you can't actually hold a convo with a single person and accomplish anything. I've been trying to add a vbucks card to my son's account for 4 MONTHS and cannot get help with it. They ask me the same questions over and over again and never actually help me. I will never spend another dime on anything associated with Epic Games again."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Clinical team is untrained. Executive Director is a horrific example of a leader who displays harassment to anyone who is not considered her “friend”. All decisions are financially driven with no market research to secure longevity of the program."

Former Employee - Director of Client Services says

"The new ownership was not willing to spend money on facilities and quality client care."
